The plain-English disclosures.
Read this before you make a trade based on anything you saw on Pulse. The short version: Pulse is conversation, not advice. The long version is below.
Pulse is not a broker-dealer
Pulse Inc. is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not execute trades. We do not custody funds. We do not offer paper trading or simulated execution.
Information is not advice
Posts, comments, sentiment scores, and creator content on Pulse reflect user discussion only. They are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
Crowd sentiment methodology
Sentiment scores are aggregated from user posts and reactions in rolling windows (24h, 7d). Scores are mention-based and weighted by account verification status. They are signal, not truth. They do not predict price movement.
Creator content
Creator-monetized content (paid rooms, paywalled posts) reflects the views of individual creators, not Pulse. Creators are independent operators using Pulse as a platform. Pulse does not endorse, audit, or vouch for any creator's claims, performance, or recommendations.
Risk disclosure
Trading securities, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — including any performance shown by creators on Pulse — is not indicative of future results. You may lose all of your invested capital.
No FINRA / SEC oversight
Pulse is not a member of FINRA, SIPC, or any self-regulatory organization. Member discussions and creator content are not subject to FINRA Rule 2210 communication standards.
